| Did you receive a letter about your cochlear implant from Advanced Bionics? |
|
If you were the recipient of a defective HiRes90K or Clarion II Advanced Bionics cochlear implant, you have a right to seek counsel with one of our lawyers. If you believe that you may have received an "Important Notification" letter from Advanced Bionics about your HiRes90k or Clarion II cochlear implant in either 2004 or 2006, we urge you to contact us to receive important legal information. Many of our clients' cochlear implants stopped working prematurely as described in the letter. If you received this correspondence, please contact us for more information.
Read on for potential symptoms of device failure and discuss your case with a Deaf lawyer via VP. In its “Important Notification” Letters, Advanced Bionics has described HiRes90k and Clarion II cochlear implant failure as including the following possible symptoms: Advanced Bionics noted that these symptoms may be related to other issues not necessarily associated with implant testing. In its September 29, 2004 “Important Notification” letter, Advanced Bionics claimed that its cochlear implant centers had “a simple and quick way” to test whether a HiRes90k or Clarion II device was fully functional. However, Advanced Bionics did not make this claim in its September 24, 2006 Important Notification letter. If you or your child has an Advanced Bionics HiRes90k device that was implanted prior to the March 2006 (or the earlier Clarion II device), please complete the form below for a free review of your potential case. A representative from our firm will contact you as soon as possible.
